First time patient for Dr. Holt. Reception was full and busy but receptionists had everything under control and very orderly. Once checked in waited not more than 5 minutes and was called back to have X-rays made. Shortly after that was called back to talk to P.A. before seeing doctor and receiving treatment and recommendations for further treatment. Everyone I saw and talked to was very professional and extremely nice.

Dr. Mathew is amazing! He has changed my life. He recommended physical therapy before my knee replacements. My knee replacements were done 8 weeks apart and I feel like a brand new person.

Best experience that you can hope for when surgery is needed. All staff from the set up of my first appointment until the most recent post op from surgery on 12-28-23. Feel great and slight pain 2days after surgery on my rotating cuff. Thank you

My appointment was for 2:30. I arrived at 2:15. The waiting area was packed. I thought that this wasn’t a good sign. I checked in at the desk, got my X-rays, seen the doctor (she answered all my questions) was examined, and was told that the scheduler, would be calling me back either later that afternoon or the next day at the latest. I was back in my car headed home at 3:15. Everyone was pleasant and efficient. I was very pleased with my entire experience

The entire staff was friendly and professional. They valued my time and made the experience wonderfully simple. Doctor Higgs was amazing and very easy to talk to, he explained everything , listened to my concerns and took his time to make sure that I was properly treated. I will return for any future needs that arise.

He listens and then informs you of diagnosis and plan of care. The entire team from the reception desk, nurse and surgical coordinator are organized, informative; top notch!
